Home Paternity DNA Test
Home Paternity DNA Test Kits are just as accurate as the DNA Legal Paternity Test. The most important thing to know about getting a “take home” paternity test is that the results are not court admissible. If you don’t anticipate using the results for any court proceedings, birth certificate changes or other legal matters, you can save time and money administering the test in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The Home Kit is simply for “peace of mind”. It can determine paternity with 99.9% certainty.
Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test
A Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test is the most accurate non-invasive way to establish paternity before the baby is born. This test is possible as early as the
seventh week of your pregnancy. A phlebotomist collects a simple blood sample from the mother and a cheek swab from the alleged father. Trust us to provide
swift and reliable results, giving you the peace of mind you deserve. You can receive your results in about seven days.
Avuncular (Aunt/Uncle) DNA Test
Aunt or Uncle (Avuncular) DNA Test determines if a person is the nephew or niece of someone else. The aunt/uncle DNA test is frequently ordered in lieu of a
paternity test when the alleged father cannot or will not be tested. In most cases, a third relative is required to get a statistically significant result on an avuncular
DNA test. This can be the mother of the child, another sibling of the alleged father or another known child of his. Adults should bring photo ID. For kids, you will need to have a birth certificate, social security card or (newborns) hospital discharge papers.
Post Mortem DNA Test
Proving paternity when the father is deceased can be done. Whether you are trying to establish inheritance rights or secure social security benefits, proving paternity can be challenging. However, we are here for you and we can help. You will need a court order or a letter from an attorney on letterhead giving permission to do DNA Paternity testing.
Legal Paternity DNA Test
Legal Paternity DNA Test is testing that determines with 99.9% certainty if a man is the biological father of a child. The DNA sample that is used for our legal paternity testing is collected by a simple cheek swab of the father and of the child. It is not painful. This makes the testing fast and convenient for the potential father and child. The test results are provided as a written and court admissible DNA report which can be used for establishing paternity and any other legal purpose such as petition for child custody so the parent can receive child support, prove the right of inheritance, obtain social security, survivors benefit, and etc.
Legal Grandparent DNA Test
Legal Grandparent DNA Test can determine paternity without the need to test the alleged father. This court-admissible DNA test is ordered when the alleged father
refuses or is not available for a cheek swab but at least one of his parents is still alive. The parties can be tested together, at the same time or they can be tested
separately at different times and at different places. This can be very helpful when they live in different states and/or cities. The grandparent must be available and willing to sign proper papers for this service.
Sibling DNA Test
A Sibling DNA Test is a scientific method that helps to determine if two or more people share one or both parents. These tests can be used as an indirect
procedure to prove family relationships when the alleged father isn’t available to do a paternity test. It compares the DNA of the siblings to assess the probability of a sibling relationship. Usually these tests are used to determine if two people have the same mother.
